Who is HAYA Home Decor?

At HAYA Home Decor, we believe that the home is the most important place in someone's life. So, why not decorate it with chic, minimalist, timeless wall art?

HAYA Home Decor is an Ottawa-based online home decor boutique created to produce high-quality premium posters suitable for various types of modern living spaces. HAYA Home Decor was created in result of the difficulty in finding affordable modern and minimalistic prints in Canada and online. 

We offer a wide-range of fine, smooth canvas made from high quality cotton material. In addition to prints, HAYA Home Decor will soon expand to offer home decor items. Look out for our announcement on our social media! 

How do I know that my order has been processed?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have placed it and your tracking number.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, United States and internationally! Should you have questions about international orders, please contact us at hello@hayahomedecor.com.

Which print size is appropriate?

Please refer to our size guide to know the print for your liking and living space.

Can I order prints in a different size?

Unfortunately, we only sell sizes we carry. Some designs cannot be printed larger as this would inevitably affect print quality. In order to always be able to assure you the best quality, we only offer some designs up to certain image sizes, as seen in our online store.

What are my payment options?

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than CAD or US dollars.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Although we cannot guarantee it, the best way to change or cancel an order is to write to us immediately at hello@hayahomedecor.com. 

What is your refund policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return Policy from the delivery date if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email hello@hayahomedecor.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customers will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original payment method shortly after.
  • Final items and digital prints are non refundable.

How can I get a refund?

Although we would have loved for you to be pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy from the delivery date. Only unused and undamaged items will be accepted. A refund will be made on your original method of payment.

In order to request a return, please send us the following information to hello@hayahomedecor.com:

  • Order number 
  • Receipt or proof of purchase 
  • Your name 
  • Your e-mail address (the one registered on the purchase) 
  • The item number you want to return 
  • The reason why you want to return it (your feedback would be appreciated).

How do I exchange an item?

At this time, we don’t have a direct exchange process in place. If you feel you need to swap the item for another, simply request a return on the item you wish to change to get a full refund, and place a new order. Read more about our return policy.
